FAUCI FOIA: What Do the Emails Reveal?

FAUCI FOIA: What Do the Emails Reveal?

June 2, 2021 – A recent FOIA request has produced over 3000 pages of emails Dr. Anthony Fauci sent during the initial response to the Coronavirus outbreak. What those emails reveal is startling. On the face of it, it seems we are looking at what may be not only a criminal conspiracy but the worst public health scandal in U.S. history.

If you are only following legacy media outlets like CNN and the Washington Post, you likely have little idea why these emails are so damning and scandalous. In point of fact, the Washington Post earlier had obtained these emails but withheld their release from the public while running cover for Fauci and his team.

And here is how CNN is covering this story . Note how they portray the emails:

Dr. Anthony Fauci was a regular on American televisions as the pandemic unfolded across the country and millions looked to the leading expert for insight and guidance on how to defeat the virus.

He was fielding dozens of questions every day off screen too, answering emails from team members, former colleagues, old friends, reporters, producers, celebrities — and sometimes strangers desperate for advice or looking to leave a note of ‘thanks.’

BuzzFeed News published more than 3,200 pages of emails from Fauci’s inbox after obtaining correspondence spanning from January to June 2020, and The Washington Post published excerpts from more than 860 pages of emails during March and April 2020. CNN also obtained a number of emails from February, but many were heavily redacted.

While many federal government staffers prefer the phone to email, this correspondence offers a rare glimpse into Fauci’s frantic schedule and polite, to-the-point demeanor during the time he emerged as a rare source of frank honesty within the Trump administration’s Covid-19 task force. – CNN

The legacy media have consistently presented Fauci almost as a saint-like figure and smeared anyone who questioned his recommendations as “conspiracy theorists,” “covid deniers” and “covid misinformation” peddlers. Even with real evidence in hand, they now provide damage control for him and his ilk. “Oh poor Fauci, he had such a busy schedule. He is so polite. One man and his burden and mission to save the American people!” This is the absurdity of the legacy media state propaganda outlets. It is quite literally American Pravda.

The material gleaned from these emails lead to an unaltering implication of criminal conspiracy. How is Fauci’s treasonous collusion with China, America’s greatest adversary and the Chinese Communist Party overlooked? At no point in CNN’s glowing coverage of the Fauci emails do they discuss the numerous lies that daily Fauci told the American people.

Andrew Court at the Daily Mail has published an article on the relationship between Fauci and Dr. Gao, head of China’s own Centers for Disease Control and Prevention:

Newly uncovered emails reveal Dr. Anthony Fauci‘s cozy relationship with China‘s top infectious disease expert during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Digital exchanges between Fauci and Dr. George Gao – the director of the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention – were discovered among a trove of Fauci’s emails obtained by The Washington Post.

The newspaper was granted access to 866 pages of Fauci’s messages through a Freedom Of Information request.

On Tuesday, they published several exchanges that took place between Fauci and Gao in March and April of last year, as the coronavirus pandemic hit America with full force.

Fauci took a warm and friendly tone with Gao, and did not ask any questions about the origins of the virus.

Last week, the top doctor conceded that there should be further investigation into the theory that the virus leaked from a laboratory in Wuhan known to perform experiments on bat coronaviruses. He did so despite spending much of the last year playing down that suggestion.

In March, Gao told Science magazine that it was a ‘big mistake’ for United States experts (including Fauci) to tell their citizens that they did not need to wear face masks.

A subsequent email shows that Gao was anxious as to how Fauci would interpret the remark.

He messaged Fauci on March 28 saying: ‘I saw the Science interview… That was journalist’s wording. Hope you understand. Lets work together to get the virus out of the earth.’

Fauci warmly replied:  ‘I understand completely. No problem. We will get through this together.’

On April 3, Fauci formally reversed his stance on mask-wearing, telling Americans that they should cover their noses and mouths to stop the spread. The top doctor was slammed by numerous pundits and millions of Americans for giving mixed messages.

He later said he did so to try and prevent members of the public panic-buying masks when hospitals were struggling to obtain adequate supplies of PPE.

Less than a week later, Gao emailed Fauci again. expressing his support amid the onslaught of attacks.

‘I saw some news (hope it is fake) that you are being attacked by some people. Hope you are well under such a irrational situation,’ Gao wrote on April 8.

‘Thank you for your kind note. All is well despite some crazy people in this world,’ Fauci replied three days later.

Meanwhile, The Washington Post published several others e-mails Fauci sent and received in the early months of the pandemic.

A message sent on April 1 reveals Fauci spoke by phone with Bill Gates about the possibility of the government working together with The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation on a potential coronavirus vaccine.

Several other messages show that the doctor was in turn alarmed and amused by the fact he had become a household name overnight.

One colleague also sent a link to another article detailing that Fauci themed socks and donuts had been put up for sale.

‘Truly surrealistic. Hopefully, this all stops soon,’ Fauci replied. ‘It is not at all pleasant, that is for sure.’

However, in one email the 80-year-old doctor bemused by the fact he had become an unlikely sex symbol.

On April 8,  Fauci received a Google News alert for his name, which included a link to an article titled, ‘Cuomo Crush and ‘Fauci Fever’ — Sexualization of These Men Is a Real Thing on the Internet.’

Fauci forwarded the link to an unidentified acquaintance and wrote: ‘It will blow your mind. Our society is really totally nuts.’

Meanwhile, the newly-released emails reveal safety concerns for Fauci in the early months of the pandemic.

While many swooned over the infectious diseases expert, others were taking aim at him for his flip-flopping messages.

In April, the federal government hired full-time security for the top doctor after he became the subject of threats by publicly contradicting then-President Trump about the virus.

Fauci seemingly enjoyed mocking everyday Americans in emails with his Chinese counterpart Dr. Gao. Moreover, Fauci appears to be deferring to China in his handling of the so-called pandemic and followed their advice on masks, contradicting his own previous statements. The implications of these emails is that Fauci and Dr. Gao had a long history and friendship going back to well before the outbreak of the virus.

Fauci’s collusion and coordination with Bill Gates is also very disturbing.

Was Fauci also deferring to Bill Gates? He phoned him every two weeks. Why? Bill Gates has zero medical credentials. What was the mutual point of interest between them that required bi-weekly calls?

If Fauci was “SO BUSY” as CNN proclaimed, why did he waste so much of his time going on the media junket?

Fauci has the mentality and behavior of a little tyrant. He raged against Ron DeSantis for even questioning him and his proclamations from on high.

Fauci exhibited more loyal to the Democrat party and politics, than he had for the American people and what was in their best interest.

In an email to Cheryl Mills, he gushes about Hillary Clinton calling himself a fan and claiming that he loves her.

How does something like that happen? Was it really a mistake, or was it a purposeful manipulation?

Len Cabrera asserts that it was most likely a manipulation, not a “mistake:”

On March 11, Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), testified before the House Oversight and Reform Committee and said that COVID-19 mortality was ten times higher than seasonal flu. As Dr. Brown puts it, this testimony ‘helped launch a campaign of social distancing, organizational and business lockdowns, and shelter-in-place orders.’ The problem is that the statement was false and Dr. Fauci (and his staff) should have caught it immediately.

In his testimony, Dr. Fauci claimed the mortality of flu was 0.1% and that the case fatality rate of COVID was 3% but could be as low as 1% with asymptomatic cases. This is an apples-to-oranges comparison of the flu’s infection fatality rate (IFR) to COVID-19’s case fatality rate (CFR).

The difference between IFR and CFR is the denominator: infections or cases. All cases are infections, but not all infections are confirmed cases, so the number of infections always exceeds the number of cases, making IFR less than CFR.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the case fatality rate for the 1918 Spanish flu was 2-3% (see p26), roughly the same as Dr. Fauci’s claimed CFR for COVID. That claim likely came from a March 3 statement from the WHO Director-General: ‘Globally, about 3.4% of reported COVID-19 cases have died.’

But maybe Dr. Fauci did mean to misrepresent the flu’s mortality rate. In a New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM) editorial on February 28, he wrote, ‘the overall clinical consequences of Covid-19 may ultimately be more akin to those of a severe seasonal influenza (which has a case fatalityrate of approximately 0.1%)’ (emphasis added). So here, in writing, he is confusing the CFR and IFR. Data from the CDC shows the average infection fatality rate for seasonal flu is 0.13% in the U.S. for all ages. It ranged from 0.1% to 0.18% for 2010-2019.

Several people have asked what changed Dr. Fauci’s opinion between February 28 (about the same as flu) and March 11 (10 times worse than flu). That is the million dollar question, but for now let’s focus on the IFR/CFR bait and switch.

On March 6, the WHO (sitrep 46) also used the 0.1% flu number: ‘for seasonal influenza, mortality is usually well below 0.1%.’ The document is unclear if that is IFR or CFR, but it’s wrong either way. (Remember, the lowest estimated IFR in the U.S. since 2010 is 0.1%, so it’s hard to believe the global rate is ‘well below 0.1%.’)

The distinction between CFR and IFR doesn’t seem to matter to the CDC. As Dr. Brown writes, ‘a search of the keyword term ‘infection fatality rate’ on the CDC website returned no matching results, nor was the epidemiological term located in the 511-page CDC publication, Principles of Epidemiology in Public Health Practice. This terminology omission, in conjunction with questionable use of fatality rate terminology in the NEJM editorial, raises red flags.’

Dr. Brown suggests the IFR/CFR switch led to information bias (misclassifying infections as cases), mortality overestimation, and fear, all of which caused public health authorities to recommend strong containment measures (‘severe mitigation to slow viral infection’). He had a generous interpretation: ‘even experts can make simple miscalculations which can lead to catastrophic results.’

A careful viewing of the testimony suggests the line was not a mistake. Dr. Fauci was specifically asked if COVID was less lethal than H1N1 or SARS. Rather than refer to his own NEJM article saying SARS had a case fatality rate of 9-10% (3 to 10 times worse than COVID), Dr. Fauci said, ‘Absolutely not… the 2009 pandemic of H1N1 was even less lethal than regular flu… this is a really serious problem that we have to take seriously.’ He repeated that COVID’s ‘mortality is 10 times that [of influenza]’ and concluded with, ‘We have to stay ahead of the game in preventing this.’ (Watch the video for yourself. It’s less than two minutes.)

After Dr. Fauci’s testimony, the ’10 times more lethal’ line was echoed throughout the media (see ReutersBloombergCNBC, or The Hill). A month later, the WHO was quoting Dr. Fauci’s 10-times-deadlier claim. As of September 8, even the preeminent Johns Hopkins Health System still refers to COVID-19 being 10 times more lethal than flu. – Len Cabrera

It has long been apparent that Fauci relished the media coverage and attention he was getting, including being in his own words a “sex symbol.” And he seems to have been an equal opportunity colluder — CCP/China AND Big Pharma. Could he be a bridge between them?  Or were they separate collaborations.

What was this “financial information” that Fauci was discussing with Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook? Was this the agreement to censor anyone who opposed Fauci as “covid misinformation?” This is still being used to label social media posts as “wrong think” and to justify mass bannings.

Fauci knew masks didn’t work, but because Dr. Gao of China complained, he changed his stance. As a result, how many Americans became sick? And unrelated to Covid, how many had respiratory infections from the bacteria on these masks? How many children suffered through their Asthma, trying to breathe through these masks?

For those who are unware, Gain of Function Research has been described as being “as deadly as nuclear warfare.”

Gain of function research (GoFR) is a term used to describe any field of medical research which alters an organism or disease in a way that increases pathogenesistransmissibility, or host range (the types of hosts that a microorganism can infect). This research is intended to reveal targets to better predict emerging infectious diseases and to develop vaccines and therapeutics. For example, influenza B can only infect humans and harbor seals. Introducing a mutation that would allow influenza B to infect rabbits in a controlled laboratory situation would be considered a ‘gain of function’ experiment as the virus did not previously have that function. However, such an experiment could help reveal which parts of the virus are responsible for its host range, enabling the creation of antiviral medicines which block this function.

So Gain of Function increases the transmissibility and deadliness of pathogens, it is essentially turning them into bioweapons. This is why it is seen as so dangerous and potentially deadly and it’s why the Obama administration put a moratorium on this kind of research back in 2014. Or did he? Was that just a ruse? Did Fauci have then a greenlight to get it done in China?

Tyler Durden of ZeroHedge Reports:

Dr Fauci’s emails have been released via a Freedom of Information Act request, and there is some pretty interesting stuff in them, particularly one email where a researcher who funded the Wuhan Institute of Virology thanks Fauci for publicly dismissing the lab leak theory early on during the pandemic.

The email from Dr. Peter Daszak, President of the EcoHealth Alliance, a group that has extensive ties to the Wuhan lab gain of function research, sent the email to Fauci on April 18, 2020, roughly six weeks after the outbreak had taken hold.

The email states:

As the Pl of the ROl grant publicly targeted by Fox News reporters at the Presidential press briefing last night, I just wanted to say a personal thank you on behalf of our staff and collaborators, for publicly standing up and stating that the scientific evidence supports a natural origin for COVID-19 from a bat-to-human spillover, not a lab release from the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

From my perspective, your comments are brave, and coming from your trusted voice, will help dispel the myths being spun around the virus’ origins. Once this pandemic’s over I look forward thanking you in person and let you know how important your comments are to us all.

Fauci responded to the email the day after, writing:

Many thanks for your kind note.

Best Regards,

Daszak, who also works for the World Health Organization, is on record admitting that he was involved with manipulating coronaviruses.

Daszak notes that ‘coronaviruses are pretty good… you can manipulate them in the lab pretty easily… the spiked proteins drive a lot about what happens. You can get the sequence you can build the protein, we work with Ralph Baric at UNC to do this, insert into the backbone of another virus and do some work in a lab.’

Elsewhere, the emails show that Fauci also knew very early on, before the WHO even declared a pandemic, that researchers suspected the virus had been ‘potentially engineered’ in a lab.

The emails with Fauci show that Daszak had already dismissed the lab leak notion nearly a year before that ‘investigation’ began, and despite other researchers saying it looked potentially engineered.

Perhaps the most disturbing aspect of this is that Daszak was one of the lead ‘investigators’ on the WHO panel tasked with looking into the origins of the pandemic.

Is it any surprise that this guy, whose organization has shovelled at least $600,000 to the Wuhan Institute of Virology in the past few years to play around with coronaviruses inside the lab, determined within 3 hours of visiting the lab in February 2021 that there was ‘nothing to see here’?

Daszak, like Fauci, has also since denied that there was any gain of function research being conducted at the Wuhan lab, and that it wasn’t being funded by EcoHealth Alliance or via the NIH with US tax dollars.

These are blatant lies, as there is mountains of evidence that confirms this was exactly the case.

Why would they deny it when it can be so easily proven the research was being conducted?

Another interesting factoid about Daszak is that he was employed as an ‘expert fact checker’ by Facebook when it was monitoring and removing ‘misinformation’ about the origins COVID on its platform. – ZeroHedge

ZeroHedge was immediately banned from Twitter in April of 2020 for its reporting on the lab leak theory, which suggests that big tech companies were working with the state to censor critics, in a clear violation of the First Amendment.

Something very interesting indeed.

All of this suggests that Fauci should be fired. Moreover, he must be subjected to investigation for Treason. He is the one who used the Eco Health Alliance as a cutout to fund more Gain of Function Research in China’s Wuhan lab to the tune of $3.1 Billion dollars. That is criminal behavior, clearly establishing the implication of a global criminal conspiracy for medical tyranny.

Following a logical path along … How precisely was the outcome of such research to be applied in service to humanity? Or perversely, to its detriment? And, very specifically, who else was involved?

We are happy to have your input to our research. As we are going through these 3000 pages of emails, if you find something of interested we haven’t covered yet, please advise us. Let us know here. Let’s crowd source this investigation! Here is the link to the emails, have at it!
