According to KTLA-TV, Ed Buck, a Democrat mega-donor and leader in the LGBTQ and animal rights communities, has been arrested for running a drug den out of his West Hollywood home. There have been three overdoses at Buck’s house over the last eighteen months, two of which resulted in deaths. The latest overdose victim was injected and overdosed by Buck on September 11 but fortunately survived, despite Buck’s interference to prevent his receiving medical help. The drug of choice at Buck’s house appears to be methamphetamine.
According to Fox News, “Buck has faced public scrutiny after two black men died from overdoses 18 months apart inside his home. He was not charged in those cases.” The dead men were Timothy Dean and Gemmel Moore.
Prosecutors wrote in court papers that Buck used his position of power to manipulate his victims into participating in his sexual fetishes which included supplying and personally administering methamphetamine. He is facing three counts of battery and injecting the alleged third victim with Methamphetamine on September 11.
Prosecutors out of the LA District Court are reportedly seeking bail of $4 million. KABC-TV of Los Angeles reported that he faces up to five years and eight months in state prison if convicted.
