According to the New York Post, Jeffrey Epstein’s alleged madam and former girlfriend Ghislaine Maxwell was spotted in the United States:
“Jeffrey Epstein’s alleged madam and former lover Ghislaine Maxwell has been discovered — at In-N-Out Burger.
The 57-year-old was photographed alive and well Monday by an eagle-eyed diner at the burger joint in Universal City, Los Angeles.
Once spotted, Maxwell — who was sitting alone with a pet pooch — told an onlooker: “Well, I guess this is the last time I’ll be eating here!”
A source told The Post that a daily regular took the photo.
“He’s at In-N-Out every single day,” the source said. “He went up to her and asked, ‘Are you who I think you are?’ She replied, ‘Yes, I am.’”
Maxwell was reading a book called “The Book of Honor: The Secret Lives and Deaths of CIA Operatives” and seemed resigned to having her picture snapped, the source said.” – NY Post
This comes after it was recently reported by The Boston Globe that Ghislaine Maxwell had been living in Manchester-by-the-Sea, an affluent town on the shore north of Boston:
“The Mail reported that the property is owned by her boyfriend, Scott Borgerson, a tech CEO. The newspaper said it saw Borgerson in July running errands in Manchester-by-the-Sea and later walking Maxwell’s dog on Boston Common.
There was no answer Wednesday afternoon when a reporter pressed the buzzer at a stately Beacon Hill apartment listed as owned by Scott Borgerson.” – The Boston Globe
According to an article about Ghislaine and Scott on Heavy.com:
Borgerson graduated from Tufts University’s Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy in 2006 with a PhD in International Relations, after obtaining a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy in 2003. He also has a bachelor’s in government from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy. While at Tufts, he volunteered at a homeless shelter for veterans and founded a Pet Pals therapy program for senior citizens, Institutional Investor reported.
In June, Borgerson wrote a story on LinkedIn about how American shipping is one industry that hasn’t yet been digitized, but needs to be. He wrote, in part: “Shipping has historically been important to Massachusetts … where the company I lead, CargoMetrics Technologies, is based… But, as new glass high-rises fill up Boston’s seaport district, the city’s shipping sector has been replaced with a services industry of biotech, fintech, and many other kinds of technology… While we rightly celebrate marvelous innovations happening onshore, shipping has been metaphorically pushed offshore… This is causing some persistent problems to fester.”
In May, he wrote an article for Fortune about how American shipping is dying, but can be brought back.” – Heavy.com
Its interesting that Borgerson works in Cargo Shipping Technologies, and Ghislaine Maxwell was so passionate about the worlds oceans she founded the TerraMar Project, a non-profit that is now reportedly being investigated. According to Business Insider:
British-born socialite Maxwell, 57, has been the subject of allegations for years that she was Epstein’s top accomplice and has been accused of recruiting victims and abusing them alongside the financier. She has not been named in the most recent indictment of Epstein and has denied any wrongdoing.
The New York Post reported that The TerraMar Project, which recent filings show appeared to have been kept afloat by more than $500,000 from Maxwell herself, has come into the cross-hairs of the investigation as at least one young woman involved with the organization had contact with Epstein.” – Business Insider
Ghislaine Maxwell was invited to speak at the United Nations in 2014 on behalf of her TerraMar Project, regarding the importance of the preservation of the worlds oceans, where she was introduced colloquially as the ‘woman who controls the worlds oceans’:
