Treaty Signed by Bill Clinton Gives President Duty to Weed Out Corruption from Ukraine

According to the above document concerning a Treaty between Ukraine and the United States (signed by former President Bill Clinton) for mutual legal assistance, the President has every right to try to gain the cooperation of the President of the Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, to weed out the corruption of Hunter Biden and his father, former Vice President Joe Biden and any other American who was involved in corrupting the Ukrainian government.
